Shipping terms:

All steaks are shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with freezer packs. Dry ice is also used when necessary. This will keep your steaks at a safe temperature for up to four days while shipping. Products will arrive frozen or may be partially thawed. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. An automatic notification to receive tracking information via text or email will be sent.

Please be sure to enter the correct shipping information for your order to ensure it’s safe arrival. The Wagyu Stop is not responsible for any loss of goods due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

We cannot ship to PO boxes. 

Any order can be delayed due to product availability but we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

The Wagyu Stop is not responsible for any damaged packaging due to Fed-Ex/UPS/GLS shipping mishandling. If shipper shows “Delivered” but your packages is not there please message us within 5hrs of stamped delivery time for us to handle the situation otherwise we cannot accept responsibility for any mishaps.
